WHAT DO I DO IF I ORDER A SIZE THAT IS TO BIG OR TO SMALL?

You simply send us an email, info@loeka.com, and return the item to us by ground mail with a note inside saying that the size is to big or to small and the correct size and item you need. Once we receive the item back we send you the correct size.

There is a flat fee of $10.00 CDN for size exchange shipping.

We recommend ground shipping as it is the cheapest, usually $10 and under. When shipping internationally back to Loeka you do not require any special paper work, you just need to put on the customs sheet that you are RETURNING the item for correct size.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON YOUR CLOTHING?

Yes, all our clothing has a one-year manufactures warranty on it. If for any reason something goes wrong with your Loeka Clothing, just send us an email, info@loeka.com. Let us know what happened and we will be more than happy to replace your item for you with a new one free of charge.

You can purchase Loeka from one of our retailers in your area, online direct from Loeka Clothing.

All the shorts have been crash tested and the material was chosen specifically for its smooth and comfortable feel, yet durability. If your shorts to rip and you feel they shouldn't have, send us a note and we'll assess the situation based on your comments and crash story.

WHAT DOES THE NAME MEAN?

Loeka means crazy in Spanish and world in Hindu. We wanted to pick a name that was fun and catchy. Since starting the business, it's been a wild adventure, so to us, Loeka means, adventures without boundaries.

I DO A LOT OF RIDING WITH MY KIDS ON THE TRAILS AROUND OUR HOUSE, WHICH ITEMS WOULD YOU SUGGEST I BUY?

We recommend the all mountain short as a great every day short, or the shells if you want a lightweight short that you can wear everywhere. The great thing about the Loeka shorts is they look good off the bike as well, so you can wear them into the grocery store, coffee shop, etc.. and still feel good about what you are wearing. As for tops, both the short sleeve and long sleeve jerseys are great multi-purpose tops. They breathe well, they are comfortable and you can wear them for so many sports. It's a great item for everything!
